I think for maximum impact you want an online course that can be accessed by scientists around the world! Could be asynchronous, or run online at set times - so people can set aside 2-3 days of focussed learning. The market will be small for in person. Maybe develop a survey to assess interest?!

Actually, im now thinking about plausible delivery schemes-podcast/scripted audio content (can be done in bits while washing dishes)? MOOC-style for a bit of throwback 2010s? 3 big days in person, like lots of causal inference content delivery? Traditional class structure seems unlikely, but?

If this were something we really were to do, I would want to develop it with scientists, to make sure case studies attend to current issues, and importantly! that the structure of the course is accessible for people who have lots of other things competing for their attention.
