Grateful and excited to see this project finally out as a preprint! 🥳 Using new genome assemblies, we uncovered evolutionary insights into Calyceraceae-Asteraceae evolution, and in true plant genomics fashion, uncovered more questions than answers 😅 Can’t wait to see where future work takes us! 🌼🧬

Getting to be involved in this project was the first time I had heard of the Calyceraceae. Really great plants, and really neat story about the evolution of the Asteraceae!
