Finding myself is difficult. Maybe work burnout is adding to the complexity… I saw a vid tonight discussing the toll on a person who’s battled dysphoria for decades. And I felt that, cried thru the entire 15 mins. Losing your sense of self is what I’m navigating. Because of dysphoria and marriage.

Tonight’s lesson, give yourself grace because you don’t just deserve it… you have EARNED IT! Managing dysphoria comes at a high cost. Decades of managing it does very disassociating things to a person. If you get frustrated at yourself, shut up and give yourself a break. You deserve grace!
