Added the broth and milk and brought to a boil. Once boiling, I reduced heat and added in the rice. Stirred the pot for a minute while it got to a slow simmer. Will stir occasionally for 10 or so minutes until the rice is done.

Made creamy chicken and wild rice soup for dinner. It’s got simple ingredients and so easy. Here’s what I used: 1 lb cooked chicken shredded 3 carrots diced 3 celery stalks diced 1 sweet onion diced 3 garlic cloves minced 1/2c flour 4c chicken broth 2c milk 1 box wild rice w/seasoning packet Butter
