I want to complain not with my musicologist hat on, but with that of (insanely for me, an amateur) statistician. What is the statistical relevance (with p-values and justification) of "a shift from 0.7%...to 0.4%" given how few jobs have been posted in that span? Three-tenths of one percent?!?!
