Sourdough discard focaccia breads First loaf I made with smoked garlic, rosemary, thyme and oregano. The second loaf I used the smoked garlic again, but added charred jalapeno and Serrano peppers along with sharp cheddar and Gouda cheese. Topped both with flaky salt, because why not...
