NWS Doppler Radar data indicate that Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin, Florida, around 830 PM CDT with maximum sustained winds of 105 mph (165 km/h). The estimated minimum central pressure is 971 mb (28.67 inches). See more at hurricanes.gov

The next band of steady to heavy rain is continuing to rotate off the ocean and slowly move north across Massachusetts. A flash flood warning remains in effect for the New Bedford area. #MAwx #RIwx

That's quite the buzzsaw! Some have seen a couple inches of rain & climbing...while others it's been limited to a few hundreths. Still anticipating a widespread 2-4"+, with strong wind gusts to continue through tomorrow AM then slowly ease after that. More minor coastal flooding (next 3 high tides).
