This is an idealised picture of The Shire before the Ring entered Middle Earth! Gorgeous.

Rethink the Wolf! (Don't believe the myth!)

What is FYR? I just started the Netflix series about changing Kennedy's assassination. Distracting enough. I prefer at least one hour before bed of a comedy to help me sleep! Good luck. Best advice someone gave me (my mom) You cannot take care of anything unless you take care of yourself!

TV (Castle Rock) isn't providing the right distraction, disturbing even. Can't keep my mind on my book. Today has been hard. I'm going to try some Finding Your Roots. Henry Louis Gates is a soothing national treasure.
