everyone brushed it off like, oh sure, I'm sure he did, it's fine. turns out the fucking goddamn skunk HAD RABIES THE ENTIRE TIME! holy shit! I don't want to even go outside at night when they come out, now, if they're going to lunge at you and bite you! what the fuck!!!!!!

holy fucking shit! when I was canvassing last saturday, everyone was joking about one of the COPE canvassers being bit by a skunk that animal control then came and "rescued", they were posting pics of it etc- I was like "that's funny but uhhhhhh he should get the rabies vaccine like immediately"
