Those kind of vinyl yard inflatables don't blow up like a balloon; they have a fan inside them that blows air constantly to keep them inflated. I don't see a power cable anywhere

It's imposter syndrome writ large. People who get large salaries and aren't sure that they deserve it, so far that any wrong step will cause it vanish. Or so I've been told. Clearly not something I have first hand experience with.
