I explore the breadth, range & boundaries of intimate relationships through unique speculative fiction worlds. Sweet, sexual or queerplatonic, my stories are always queer, frequently polyamorous & sometimes kinky. https://JessMahler.com

Third person limited is a natural fit for multi-POV, I believe. Omniscient sort of eliminates the need for multi-POV, and first would be pretty jarring to switch between. So I think your instincts are correct here!
Show PostI think later tonight I will try writing the first chapter of my book. (Dinner first!) Just gotta get the first ten words, then the next, then the next... 💙📚 #WritingCommunity
Show PostPaging all vampire lovers (and haters) you are hereby invited to #FangOut with us on Sundays! Each week I’ll post a prompt for you to share a quote from your WIPs/published works Bring your vamps as they are; charming, grotesque, or anything between We start the 18th! #writingcommunity
Show PostI tend to stick to 3rd limited, but I flow between POVs freely. I emphasize clarity for the reader, but it's not to everyone's interest. I tend to have LARGE casts.
Show PostSome sections are single POV but free indirect also lets us use two (I wouldn't try more) in one scene. Take care with tagging and think in terms of shifting out to a neutral in between (char A, neutral, char B). It can work well to reinforce intimacy, or lack of, through structure.
