My point being that I would've agreed once, I think. But there is no longer time for a sustainable solution, this is a criminal body intent on harming the people of the United States and the world to their own ends (conservative majority). We cannot repair the damage without it being turned back.

They are responsible for the overwhelming majority of the suffering and death in this country and that which is due to the US abroad since 2001. I understand the idea of a higher institution, but it's long gone.
Show PostThe end effect has been that he maintains an appreciable approval level across all partisan affiliations while he simultaneously led the Court into allowing a man who incited an insurrection, for which he should quite obviously be ineligible for office, to be President, causing incalculable harm.

There is a "Who watches the watchman" problem here. Ultimately it should be the people of course, in principle at least. But the people are so uneducated and unconcerned in general.
