I am advised that today is #NationalFossilDay and while I identify with that perhaps more than necessary, it is my professional obligation and pleasure to participate! Marietta has the largest Mazon Creek collection I've ever seen. And who doesn't love Tullys ... whatever they were? 🧪⚒️

Okay, I guess the one isn't a perfect replica of the other (as opposed to the Castoroides skulls), but you gotta admit the replica mosasaur skull at Kent/Tusc is a pretty solid representation of the real deal (Carnegie Tylosaurus)
