Bluesky, this is Leo. He is 3 years old. He was in a cubby hole at ACCNYC for 43 days. I saw his listing about day 37. After thinking about it, discussing it with E, we decided we had to go get him. He's perfect for us, just our speed. #caturday

I live in rural Texas. We are interested in adopting a senior dog, since we are too old to be confident of outliving a puppy. Our city shelter advised us to check weekly because “we don’t keep old or sick animals long.” Most are killed if they aren’t adopted in 10 days.

A sleepy pal. The wolf sanctuary was really fun! The wolf I wanted to see sadly passed away a couple of months ago, but the ones that were hanging out were very handsome.

Rescues are the best. We've had Gracie for 2.5 years. Best. Dog. Evah. Surfer of counters, picker of garbage, hater of doorbells. We don't care. We love her anyway. 🥰
