I got treated for cancer at MSK, a top-tier medical center. Literally nobody told me to exercise. Over a year later, my friend, a personal trainer, asked me about my exercise regimen. When I said just pushups and situps she said "OMG that's terrible!" and now she trains me in pilates 3x/week.

Carrick is going to get sacked but will leave United with one game per week from January onwards. An ex-player will take over and oversee a marked improvement with one game per week. They'll get the job permanently off the back of it. Wonder how next season goes.
