First Malt from the isle of Raasay in the Hebrides. First legal distillery on the island. Mixture of peated and unpeated. Matured in Rye, Chinkapin oak and Bordeaux red wine casks. Cask strength ABV 61.3 a bit of water later. Nice dram, in 5 years it should be really interesting

Bordeaux wine fair and no red wine? Behave. Lots of rosé, white and moelleux though, plus bulles. Good food, music and (hopefully) fireworks. This year’s drone show left everyone feeling a bit flat.
