Today is Paddy Kelly's last day in the CLC office after over 27 years at the helm. We want to say a very big thank you and good luck in the future on behalf of everyone involved in CLC. Paddy's hard work, tenacity, vision and compassion has helped tens of thousands of children and young people.

Great stuff from the CYPCS team. Remarkable that the Lord Advocate appeared to argue that prosecutorial decisions are not a relevant public function, and noteworthy that the Court felt the need to say it didn't really follow the Crown's argument on what is really quite a straightforward question.
