love the language, but its that last line where you might run into danger - 'best efforts' to include a limitation in any sublicense = a way for publisher to potentially agree to such a sublicense ("we used our best efforts! didn't work, so sorry!") good faith is required but... its a gap.

Have you had to deal with much pushback on adding those clauses? Do you think less-established authors are going to be having a lot of trouble getting similar no-AI contracts? Just curious how the publishers are treating all this.
