The FTC has filed a motion for a temporary restraining order in Texas seeking to bar WPATH from seeking relief in any other courts. This follows WPATH's motion for a TRO in their separate case against the FTC in DC. This seems to be a new tactic by the govt to lock defendants into O' Connor's court

This here is the entire crux of the issue. We had sensible regulations requiring years of testosterone suppression and hormone therapy to play in women's sports.
