It's particularly difficult to square the suggestion that it was a justified shooting with the fact that the two women haven't been charged with anything. Not shoplifting, not resisting, not assault...they apparently did nothing worth criminal charges, yet something worth an execution.

And for that, they executed a baby. Anyone who shoplifts diapers — not saying she did, I have no idea — needs those diapers and very clearly prioritizes their needs in their choice of things they are compelled by poverty to shoplift. No hell is hot or eternal enough for the authorities here.
