Brian’s daycare captured a photo of one of my favorite things he does, where he jumps up on you and puts his forehead against you and stays like that. It’s his hug. He does it with them, too.

Here's something nice: my 3yo is in a phase where he finds every single flower beautiful. Dandelions and buttercups are his favourites. Every walk or bike ride is populated with regular stops for him to examine and talk about flowers. I end every walk with a pocketful of dandelions he's gifted me.
