I haven’t given any opinion on the the J6ers. 🤔 People are justified to shoot in self-defense if the specific circumstances provide a reasonable belief that such force is necessary, typically to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to themselves. Fair?

From your own linked article also. The consensus was that the judge conducted himself as he always did. He was, by all accounts, a strict sentencing judge, but believed in upholding a defendant’s constitutional and legal rights in court, something that he frequently had to do in this case.

I didn’t miss them at all, it is just that nothing in his past negated his claim of self-defense on August 25th 2020. 🤷🏻‍♂️ It was a simple case, blown out of all proportion.
