Occasionally I wonder if email is still a good tool for professional conversation. If I go away for a week, I come back to four or five full pages of unread emails per inbox. It takes more than a week to clear it, and some things inevitably get missed. I grew up with email, but this is silly.

once u have over a certain # of followers on instagram it puts any likes or comments u make on someone else’s posts in a special “priority” category in that person’s notifications, away from all the others. this means they’re more likely to see & respond to u—i hate this but i love it (selfishly)
