Okay I stayed up too late finishing Crystal Lake and I reeeally hated the last two episodes. This show felt like every 2 episodes was fully a different genre? Which could’ve worked if this show hadn’t bordered on feeling like it was written by Ryan Murphy.

Although, it’d be funny if every season was influenced by one of the movies? Like gimme a Manhattan season where Pamela is on a boat doing murder the whole time then gets to nyc in the last episode to do murder. Then a season set in space with Pamela doing space murder. One of her fighting Freddy.

I had the “why am I spending so much time with all these people if they will end up dead” problem with Carrie but at least with Carrie the original *does* have all those characters die? The lore for Friday the 13th is so damn *jerk off motion* that a prequel seems to be pointless bc nothing matters!
