A lot correlates w/ this theory of 2026: Iran opposition pragmatic w/o culture war valence. Trump II allied w/ world's richest man. Elite institutions more accommodating of Trump II than of Trump I. Many Trump II pet issues don't polarize cuz nobody likes them: arch, ballroom, Greenland, Canada.

Dave Hopkins argues that even without much of a "Resistance II" Trump became unpopular and Dems will win the midterms. There is a parallel in the Iraq War becoming unpopular and the Iran War never being popular without anything like the 1960s Antiwar Movement emerging in either case.
