I'd argue that copyright should just be abolished. It's purpose in the constitution is to promote the progress of science and the useful arts. Nowadays, more progress seems to honestly occur with open source and nonprofit projects.

If Putin stops fighting, the war ends. If Zelensky stops fighting then his country will be occupied, leaders murdered, language banned, businesses stolen, children kidnapped. That's what happens in Russian-occupied Ukraine.
