That's so great. For me, a lifelong gym rat, self-care is why I do it. It's my sacred me time. My personal tactics to it are total focus (no phone), I don't even use music these days. Bonus points if my gym has a steam room/sauna. I prefer to go often, with shorter sessions (so I get more sauna).
