(Ex) wife said that I needed therapy to be my 'authentic' self bc I can't keep friendships going. Eventually I reluctantly, sceptically did. I found out that my authentic self is a bombastic, non-listening, twat. That's why I can't keep friends or wives. I preferred not knowing.
