In one way everything going to the cloud instead of on-prem sucked because we lost control over the processes. On the other hand days like today are nice because it's not my problem to fix the issues.

Thankfully the guy who runs my department's web servers had the foresight to make sure everything was mostly updated at the beginning of every year, so he simply had to stop the web instance, copy some files over, then start it back up They should pay that guy more.
