Waiting for my mammogram and ultrasound, and the second waiting room (after you’ve changed into the (of course pink🙄) shirt is showing HGTV, with an added bonus of a lady watching reels on her phone at top volume. The first waiting room was quiet and had chairs that spin in a circle.

I guess I can understand the "no one remembers their locker number, let's use inspirational women instead" idea, but I cannot wrap my mind around choosing a historical figure who was famously a teenager when she was killed (BY NAZIS). Anne Frank had many problems, but mammograms were not among them.

Apparently this is standard in Chicago - across multiple hospital systems! I went to UChicago and posted it on facebook and my housekeeper was like, oh you got your mammogram at Swedish?
