part is that I have almost zero motivation to lose weight. It’s hot outside! I don’t want to work out. Everything tasty that’s cold is terrible for me, but I want to eat it and enjoy summer anyway. I am on day 2 of eating healthier and already want to throw in the towel lol Why am I like this!?!
