I emailed to ask if I could reserve seats at the front for the big talk by James Hoffman because I need to be close in order to lipread. Felt like a big ask? And uh... They reserved precisely two seats, just for us, bang in the middle, right at the front 😲 Thank u Bristol Coffee Festival 🙏❤️
