both Justice Barniville and my friend @lanauig.bsky.social have referenced McGreal and other pseudolaw litigants as a threat to the proper functioning of the courts and the rule of law. and I suspect we'll be seeing a lot of them over the next few years, not least due to McGreal's influence

I'm sure, as McGreal promises in the rest of this post, he is far from done, but he is facing criminal charges in relation to his attempt to arrest a state solicitor in open court during a hearing to which he was not a party. he previously attempted to arrest a judge in court.
