Anyway if he wants my attention so bad I can make an educational video about the role of the state addressing the root causes of homelessness and the drug and treatment beds that our constituents are begging us for. Sweeps don’t address any of that. They just mask the symptoms.

We don’t have enough mental health or drug treatment beds. The shelter beds we do have don’t connect ppl to long term housing. It’s the state that exerts strict, control over who gets into those beds. The County can’t do that without state reps. Rather than send emails about me Rob could…do that.
