Basically. Yeah, and from there you can ask other blind folks how they prefer to use Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. I don't know why the Daily Moth stopped publishing transcript on their website or why the transcript isn't pinned to the top of the comment section.

Show PostIt's really up to the individual video uploaders. Some of them use Google Docs, some pin the transcript to the first comment on YouTube and Facebook. Others post on Tumblr, Blogspot, Wordpress or their own websites. Only time I've ever seen video transcript in the description is probably Instagram.
