to be wildly pedantic: Salisbury & Gargrave are killed by cannon fire at the siege of Orleans in 1 Henry VI 1.4: the Master Gunner and his Boy appear & discuss, & the Boy comes back with a lighted linstock, the explosion is heard, & the injuries seen & described. But no one killed with a firearm!
