Honestly, I've already decided to not buy anymore consoles, and there's a hard limit on what games my PC can play. So nowadays, I'm just buying old games that I missed out on or the occasional indie.... And even then I'm mostly just playing the same 10 games most of the time 😕

I think The General State of Things has taken away the love of hobbies and replaced it with a need of utility. Maybe take some time and learn what it is you appreciate about the hobby. :)

Ive been collecting video games basically my whole life. I’ve built a job around it that pays my rent. But I do think more and more that I’ve hit a point where I’m basically done. Or I’m more just hoarding than actually appreciating this art I genuinely love
