One of California’s largest Medi-Cal insurers is taking away critical care for thousands of Californians receiving assisted living benefits. I’m doing all I can to stop it. This decision will be devastating for far too many Golden State communities and needs to be reversed immediately.

Locally owned, operated grocery stores are already dealing w/ high overhead and inability to buy in bulk. There's a way to compromise here w/city stores. Most people opining seem to have never owned/operated a SMALL local business. Take a look at the owner/operators. They aren't living large.

This was one of the arguments against a public option for health insurance. Complaining that a government can do a better job at something than your business can? That might not be as good an argument as you think it is.
