@annettedittert.bsky.social Not often I directly post but do you have a view on if this is proven that it could lead to prosecutions under the Strafgesetzbuch? There's the law and then there's the politics of it all I suspect it's causing some debate in Germany. Am I wrong?

That all said, I do have some serious concerns about the way DHS operates. I understand intelligence is necessary, but so too is privacy for Americans.
