Kid's friend got picked up today. I respected his wishes not to get CPS on his dad for kicking him our and being a serious douchebag. Even managed to not make a scene in the moment, and part of me wishes I had. But, it wasn't wanted. It just makes me sick that this dickhead just does this.

Now I hear that the kid had been kicked out. Trying to get him to come back here then I’m reporting the shithead. I should have just done this from the start, but I was hoping for adults to fucking act like adults.

Not even him, just any parent like this. It's always infuriating. And I don't have the words that aren't just gnashing and wailing against the situation. All we can do is have the proverbial open door and try our best. Sometimes it just isn't enough.
