I was co-Chair of my university's Take Back the Night for two years. That was 25 years ago. And not only have things not gotten better on college campuses, they've gotten worse. Thanks somewhat to the internet but mostly the current social and political climate.

It's not the "Cornell 7." It is the Cornell 50, or however many are in that group chat. Their silence is complicity. Essays for five of the seven. Essays. Essays are what you get assigned the first time you plagiarize something, or use AI when it was forbidden.
