He did this last time and it didn’t work so he should figure out a new strategy. It’s possible to do garbage pickup w/o displacing ppl, discarding meds, IDs, making it harder for them to get back on their feet. It’s not possible to perpetuate failed systems & wonder why the problem isn’t improving

An interesting counterexample here was one of the DOGE chuds saying he was pleasantly surprised to learn there are already robust anti-fraud measures in place at agencies as if this was not previously available info.
