I don’t feel like what I’ve put into it has changed much, and yet what I’m getting back from it has. Maybe it’s just a natural ebb and flow, and it’ll return. I wanna try and figure it out either way, as I place a huge amount of value on my submission (maybe to my detriment)

Feeling very disillusioned with D/s lately. That’s not a comment on specific relationships, more a general sense not being able to identify what it is I’m looking for from it. I thought I had figured it out a while ago, but recently something has changed and I can’t quite put my finger on it.
