Yeah, bluesky is in an urgent need to de-US centralize itself (or however you put it). Look at the Brazilians and the Japanese, they add so much diversity on this site but it’s almost like water and oil, no interaction between algorithms.

Nobody has less institutional self-respect than the American journalism industry. Hundreds of journalists killed in Gaza, dozens of US and European journalists beaten and assaulted and detained and deported by Israel in the West Bank, and nothing really in the way of a response. Pathetic.
