Fundamentally it would require all providers to work for Medicare rates, if they get paid upfront by the company, doesn’t have Pre Auths and simplified reporting.

Realize that gov contracts for Medicare and Medicaid. And who do they work with ? Insurance companies. First step to single payer is to help self insured employers be single payer for their employees and their families. That is currently a population of 50m let them be the beta test
