I was deep into online addiction, isolation, and being an undiagnosed young neurodivergent with poor social skills. I'm growing by being accountable on intent vs impact and practicing vulnerable communication. Thank you to everyone who has been kind to me in the past. I'll do my best in the future!
Show PostI logged into Twitter for the 1st time since Jan 1 and I truly see things in a new light. I thought I was being kind by fleeting chats and financial support rather than building deep connections. I regret this approach as it was socially oblivious and naive. Looking back, I'd do it differently.

Show PostIt's great to grow & change, but there's only so much wisdom & self improvement to gain. We should also be able to exist sometimes without always having to be "better humans". Balance! I have a lot of growing to do, but I'm also proud of just existing too. It's our 1st life, we're trying our best!⭐️
