Life is hard enough. Poor people are allowed to have a few nice things. It's ok if the homeless have drugs and alcohol sometimes. Stop requiring enhanced levels of misery as a requirement to be suffering. I've never known a single poor person living a life of luxury.

I want to talk about a common thing I hear a lot when people talk about poor people. How poor could they be. They have an iPhone and a PlayStation, how poor could they actually be? Alright, auditor of the poverty world let's talk about that.

I'm not brave enough to get a tattoo, but I'm not going to shame anyone who does. Like, conservatives and the likes say stuff like "Your body is a temple", but even churches have stained glass windows.
