I hadn't thought of coconut water. I usually have a Daily Greens drink from a company called Huel. It really helps once I'm able to eat. The apple cucumber mint flavor is terrible though, tastes like bad pickle brine. I tend to eat mash potatoes as they can be as bland or as flavorful as I want.

Briefly coming out of hiding to say that Huel shakes saved my fucking life when I couldn't eat solids and if you can find a UK alternative, absolutely go for it.
