I tested out a very labor-intensive cheffy version of Tteokguk, a beef-based, rice cake soup that’s traditionally eaten for Korean New Year. Broth is a little dark but still tasty. Scallions from the garden, and egg from Piper-dotty! (And delicious kimchi from Andy at Nanoon)! Happy Lunar New Year!
