Health Update as of a couple days ago! Apparently my new Rheumatologist added a possible diagnosis to my chart & didn't tell me, my Physician just informed me during my annual check up... So now my list of possible diagnoses are: - Lupus - Poly Arthritis (new) - Fibromyalgia - Something Autoimmune

Please note that none of these have cures, but may explain my chronic pain, fatigue, etc... Again, though, while these are all possible diagnoses and not official, they're pretty positive I have multiple diagnoses...so that's fun 🙃
